Ingredients:
1-2 cups of frozen fruit of your choice (mixed berries, pineapple, dragonfruit, etc.)
2 bananas
2 medium-sized carrots
1/4 cup frozen riced cauliflower
1 cup spinach
2 TBSP all-natural peanut butter
1 TBSP chia seeds
1 TBSP golden flaxseed
Protein Powder of your choice
1-2 cups water
Instructions:
Gather all of your ingredients.
In a high-speed blender, add the water and spinach first. Blend until smooth to ensure there are no leafy chunks.
Add the bananas, carrots, and frozen fruit to the blender. Blend again until smooth.
Now add the frozen riced cauliflower to the mixture. Blend once more.
Finally, add the all-natural peanut butter, chia seeds, golden flaxseed, and your chosen protein powder. Blend until everything is mixed thoroughly and the smoothie is smooth and creamy.
Taste your smoothie. If needed, you can add more water to adjust the consistency or a bit more fruit to sweeten.
Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately. This recipe serves two, but can easily be doubled to serve more.
